Sushi is visibly delightful. Rice barrels embracing fresh fish and colorful vegetables, wasabi and gari, are comfort food to me.
Soon this treat will also be available at a beautifully restored space in Over The Rhine at Kaze. Located on 14th and Vine, chef/co-owner Hideki Harada will draw upon his training in Osaka to serve sushi and Japanese and Asian-inspired dishes. I can’t wait!
